2. Order Handed Off to a Preferred Affordable Realty Dealer in Your State:
   - Affordable Realty will assign a preferred dealer/installer in your state who will manage the remaining steps.

3. Dealer Reaches Out to Schedule a Site Survey:
   - The dealer will contact you to schedule a site survey. This can be done either virtually or in person, depending on your property.

4. Dealer Provides You with a Quote:
   - After the site survey, the dealer will provide you with a detailed quote. This quote will outline all costs associated with your modular home project, such as permitting, inspections, taxes, site preparation, utility preparation, transportation, and installation.

5. Quote Accepted, Payment Arranged, Contract Signed with Dealer:
   - Once you accept the quote, you will arrange payment and sign a contract with the dealer. Financing options can be explored at this stage, though they are not handled through Affordable Realty directly.

6. Permitting Begins:
   - The dealer will start the permitting process, which typically includes submitting site plans, zoning applications, plan sets, utility submissions, and roof plans.

7. Permitting Approved:
   - Once all necessary permits are approved, site preparation can begin.

8. Site Preparation Begins:
   - This involves tasks such as foundation installation, utility installation, and any required inspections.

9. Inspections Completed, Permission to Build Obtained:
   - After inspections are successfully completed and permission to build is obtained, preparations for modular home shipment and installation can proceed.

10. Modular Home Shipment Scheduled & Installation Crane Scheduled:
    - The dealer will schedule the shipment of your modular home and coordinate the installation crane.

11. Modular Home Delivered & Installed:
    - Your modular home will be delivered to your property.

    - The dealer/installer will complete the installation of your modular home.
